A comprehensive service that covers all planning and wedding logistics. Allow yourself to enjoy all the wonderful aspects of planning a wedding and let us take care of everything else.
We can also take care of your ceremony and reception design which is offered at a reduced rate when bundled with your planning package.

Our Packages

Wedding Day Coordinator

Are your plans already in place and you want to ensure that everything runs smoothly without a hitch? We will be an extension of you on your wedding day, coordinating all suppliers and assisting with set up and pack down.
Includes:

• Pre wedding meeting to go over wedding day proceedings and put together a detailed run sheet which will be sent to your venue and suppliers
• Your Wedding Day Coordinator will be available from early morning on your Wedding Day
• We will contact all suppliers, prior to the wedding day and ensure that delivery and set up is confirmed.
• Ceremony set up and coordination
• Reception coordination, supervising and assisting with set up and event formalities and cues. Coordination until end of formalities

Incomplete Planning

Have you planned most of your wedding and just need help tying it all together? Perhaps you are stuck for ideas, or have decided to include a lot of different creative aspects to your day and want help to ensure it works, effortlessly.
We can recommend vendors, liaise with current suppliers as well as help you source those extra elements to your creative ideas.
